This Girl In Pennsylvania Dropped Everything For Her Dream. Now I’m Drooling All Over My Keyboard.

, , , , ,

Trish Motter from Hanover, Pennsylvania always wanted to own her very own ice cream shop, so one day she decided to drop everything and go after her dream of opening an ice cream parlor in her town. Motter wanted the name of her new shop to have a personal touch without actually using her own name, so she decided to use a term that could be applied to both ice cream and her height. Seeing how she’s only 4 foot 11 and has often been called “half pint” by her friends and family, Motter decided the name Half Pint Creamery was very appropriate. Motter says the main reason why she decided to go into the ice cream business was because she wanted to do something that was happy, and that would give her the opportunity to work with kids and teenagers, explaining how “ice cream is the taste of youth and happiness”. Here are some pictures of the delicious flavors her shop has to offer:

Maple bacon.

Cookie dough.

Nutella flavor.

Espresso coffee.

Raspberry cheesecake.

Kahlua flavor, which is a coffee-flavored rum-based liqueur from Mexico.

Birthday cake.

And my favored flavor…blue!

This should be a story of inspiration for all of us, to always follow our dreams…especially if ice cream is involved, because everyone loves ice cream. Drool. You can find more about Half Pint Creamery on Facebook. Share this story of one young girl following her dreams with your friends below.
